Tinh Van Group's Ho Chi Minh City Branch Deploys "E-Office System" at Anova Feed

Last August, the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (TV HCM) completed phase 1 of the project to deploy the "E-Office System" at Anova Feed Joint Stock Company, a member of the ANOVA Group.
The E-Office system implemented at Anova Feed is built on the Foldio system and developed with additional features to create a unified management system. E-Office will transform Anova Feed's work management, document approval, storage, administrative procedures, and internal processes from manual to digital. E-Office will be developed as a web app, mobile app, and authenticated via MS Active Directory.
In this first phase, four subsystems went live at Anova Feed: Work Management, Document Storage, News, and Notifications. In the next phase, Anova Feed and Tinh Van will sequentially launch the remaining subsystems: Document Approval, Meeting Room Booking, Vehicle Booking, Office Supplies Request, Meal Registration, Shift Registration, etc. It is expected that by the end of October 2019, the two parties will conclude the operational support phase, and the E-Office System will be applied across Anova Feed, moving into the warranty phase.
