Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha and His 10-Year Journey of Dedication

Tinh Van has been established and developing for 16 years, yet Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha – an employee of the Human Resources and Administration Department – has worked and been with the company for 10 of those years.

At 9 a.m. on April 2, 2011, a ceremony honoring the contributions of Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha was held warmly and intimately in Meeting Room 1 of Tinh Van Group. Throughout the ceremony, the main character – Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha – continuously received handshakes and sincere congratulations from colleagues, people he has been close to over the past 10 years. The applause and songs from Tinh Van's choir seemed to bring everyone closer together, united for the development of the common home, Tinh Van.

Mr. Bui Van Kien – Vice General Director of Tinh Van Group – on behalf of the leadership, read the decision to award Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha. Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Tinh Van Group – also spoke on behalf of the leadership, acknowledging Mr. Ha's contributions over the years. Mr. Hoang To also extended the most sincere wishes to him on behalf of other Tinhvaners.

Ten years, in the life of a person, is indeed not a small amount. Joining the Tinh Van family on April 2, 2001, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha was the company's first security guard. And throughout those 10 years, he has always fulfilled his duties well, quietly contributing to the overall success of Tinh Van.

Understanding and recognizing his contributions, the leadership decided to award Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha the Commemorative Medal for the Cause of Tinh Van Group and 5 million VND.
