On May 8, 2017, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group) successfully held its 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in Da Nang City.

The meeting began with an opening speech by Mr. Hoang To, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group, who presented and approved the meeting agenda. With the attendance of shareholders and authorized representatives representing over 80% of total shares, the meeting discussed and approved important contents including:
- Report of the Board of Directors
- Report of the Management Board
- Financial report and profit distribution plan for 2016.
- Report of the Supervisory Board.
- Approval of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders resolution
