Recently, Education Digital Book Joint Stock Company (EDC) has partnered with mobile network operator Mobifone to officially launch the Hoc Lien service for all prepaid and postpaid mobile subscribers of MobiFone.
Hoc Lien is an interactive electronic textbook library service with a rich, copyrighted, and in-depth source of textbooks and digital learning materials such as: interactive textbooks, supplementary books, teacher's books from grade 1 to grade 12, reference books, sample exams, learning applications, etc.
