HiStaff Phase 1 Go-Live Ceremony at Bamboo Capital Group
After two months of intensive and rigorous implementation, the TVC deployment team successfully built a standardized data repository for organizational structure, job positions, and employee information across the entire BCG Group.
The HiStaff implementation results will help BCG solve the challenge of evaluating employee performance and systematize HR processes in a centralized, streamlined, and modern manner. Each HR process and job position will be managed within a consistent organizational framework, with planning for short, medium, and long-term goals.
Notably, deploying the mobile app from the very beginning of the project will enable BCG members to use HiStaff easily and conveniently on a daily basis. Time tracking, leave requests, approvals, etc., can be done on mobile devices with just a few quick actions.
Mr. Nguyen The Tai – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of BCG shared at the HiStaff Go-Live Ceremony: “First of all, I highly appreciate the leadership of Tinh Van Consulting for their close attention to the solution transfer to bring value to the organization. This is an important project for our Group as the company continues to grow rapidly with an increasing number of employees and member companies.
Without a management tool, the leadership could not keep track of the current number of employees and subsidiaries due to rapid expansion. This implementation of a comprehensive human resource management software is not just about digitizing HR management tasks but about transforming the Group’s HR management processes and embedding processes into governance. Managers and HR staff will have clear information, recruitment will be simplified, and each individual will understand their own roadmap and KPIs.
I believe that adopting this system is a breakthrough that will drive organizational change.”
BCG leadership highly appreciated the efforts and implementation results achieved by the project teams of both companies through their collaboration. The leaders of both companies are confident that the success of this project will pave the way for further expansion of the solution in the future.
