Easia Travel Enhances HR Management Quality with HiStaff Solution

In December 2019, Easia Travel officially selected the HiStaff human resource management solution from Tinh Van Consulting to deploy across the Group.

Easia Travel – one of the pioneers in the travel and tourism industry, renowned in many countries – has grown into a strong group comprising four member units: Easia Travel, Exotic Voyages, Begodi, and Avana Resort, with nearly 500 employees operating across 23 representative offices and branches worldwide. In the group's restructuring strategy, identifying human resources as the core focus, Easia Travel sought and chose Tinh Van Consulting to accompany its long-term plans.

Phase 1 of the HiStaff Core HR project is being implemented at Easia Travel with the following functional modules: Organization Management, Personnel Records Management, Time Attendance Management, Payroll Management, Insurance Management, and Employee Self-Service Portal. This will provide Easia Travel with an effective tool to centralize HR data, accurately calculate employee compensation, standardize work processes, and serve as a foundation for data exploitation to support HR management.

Since June 2018, TIS Inc., a member of Japan's leading IT group TIS INTEC Group, has officially invested in Tinh Van Group, while also collaborating on finance and business to promote IT market segments where both parties have strengths. A notable step in Tinh Van Consulting's regional market expansion in 2019 is the HiStaff deployment project for Laurelton Diamonds Cambodia. Building on this market expansion momentum, Easia Travel continues to be another global partner accompanying Tinh Van Consulting with the ambition to bring HiStaff to the Asia-Pacific region.
