On September 7, 2019, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) officially launched its new website interface at https://portal.vietcombank.com.vn (all links ending with (xxxx).vietcombank.com.vn are owned by Vietcombank; customers clicking on the old link https://www.vietcombank.com.vn will be automatically redirected to https://portal.vietcombank.com.vn, the new interface website).
This is a project implemented by Tinh Van Financial and Banking Software Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Solutions). Based on Vietcombank's needs to best serve customers, it provides modern products and services with many outstanding features on a new technology platform.
The project to build a new website for Vietcombank, implemented by Tinhvan Solutions, consists of two main components: upgrading the Vietcombank Portal website and building a mobile-support version of VCB-IB@nking (WAP). Accordingly, the Tinhvan Solutions – Vietcombank project team jointly researched and built the new Vietcombank website in terms of both interface and features, aiming to meet the diverse needs of various customer segments and to deliver information quickly about Vietcombank's business activities in particular and overall operations in general.
