Introduction of the SSC Internal Portal Developed by TVS

On the morning of July 2, 2015, the launch ceremony for the internal electronic portal of the State Securities Commission (SSC), built by Tinh Van Software Solutions and System Integration Co., Ltd. (Tinhvan Solutions – TVS), was held with the participation of representatives from all SSC units.
The ceremony was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien Hoa – Vice Chairwoman of the SSC, Mr. Doan Thanh Tung – Director of the IT Department, Mr. Do Thanh Phuong – Deputy Director of the IT Department, Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – General Director of Tinhvan Solutions, along with representatives from various departments and offices under the SSC.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Hoa emphasized: “Tinh Van Company, together with the SSC’s IT Department, has built the current internal electronic portal of the SSC. This is one of the portals whose design and features not only meet the Government’s regulations on electronic portals for state management agencies but also include specific features serving the SSC’s market management and supervision work. We hope Tinh Van will continue to cooperate with the SSC in upcoming IT projects.”
The SSC internal electronic portal was built to create a dedicated working and communication environment for the leadership and all officials and employees of the SSC. In particular, the SSC leadership’s directives and management instructions are also deployed through this system. Moreover, using modern technology, the portal allows integration with existing business software systems of the SSC, creating a centralized and unified environment for information processing and utilization within the agency, thereby supporting staff in performing their tasks conveniently, quickly, and efficiently.

The internal electronic portal is designed in a modern style currently applied to websites and electronic portals worldwide. The functions on the portal are also arranged in the most user-friendly layout, focusing on posting essential information.

Mr. Doan Thanh Tung – Director of the IT Department stated: “The SSC electronic portal implemented by Tinh Van is considered one of the portals with a beautiful interface and rich content. In terms of internal operations, the portal’s effectiveness has contributed to providing market information quite well.”
