Gotadi and Tinhvan Consulting Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On September 28, 2020, Gotadi Technology Travel Joint Stock Company (Gotadi) and Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) signed a commercial cooperation agreement between the two parties.
The two parties will enhance cooperation and exchange information on a voluntary, equal basis, maximizing each party's strengths, in accordance with legal regulations, and meeting the trends of development and integration. This event is part of a series of initiatives Gotadi is implementing to provide digital transformation for corporate travel operations and contribute to the recovery of the tourism industry in the post-Covid era, in line with the government's direction.
Gotadi and Tinhvan Consulting will cooperate in the following areas: (1) Gotadi brand partnership with Tinhvan Consulting; (2) cooperation in promoting and selling each other's products on both parties' platforms; (3) joint brand promotion on each party's media channels; (4) Tinhvan Consulting will use Gotadi online solutions across its entire system to save travel costs and improve work efficiency.
