Habeco deploys HiStaff Phase 2

In early November, at the headquarters of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Habeco), Mr. Bui Truong Thang – Deputy General Director of Habeco and Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong – General Director of Tinh Van Consulting successfully concluded Phase I and signed the contract for Phase II of the project: Building the HiStaff Human Resource Management Software Solution at Habeco.

Habeco is a leading Vietnamese brand in the alcoholic beverage production sector, famous for its Hanoi Beer, Truc Bach Beer, and many other product lines such as Premium, Lager Beer… Along with that is a complex of 17 subsidiaries and 9 affiliated companies, scattered across provinces and cities from the North to the Central region.

Phase I of the project included the core modules of the HR management system: Organization Management, Personnel Records Management, Timekeeping Management, and Payroll Management, which brought about changes in both habits and work efficiency in HR management at Habeco. At the same time, Habeco's leadership was very satisfied and highly appreciated the serious and determined spirit of the project team from both sides to put the HiStaff system into operation earlier than originally planned.

In Phase II, Habeco will focus mainly on People Development modules such as: Recruitment Management, Performance Evaluation Management, HR Portal – Iportal, and especially Party Member Management. This is both a joy and a new challenge for Tinh Van Group in the digitalization of HR management at Habeco.
