HiStaff deployed as Software as a Service for the first time

In October 2018, the HiStaff human resource management software solution by Tinhvan Consulting was deployed as Software as a Service (SaaS) for the first time at T&M Forwarding – one of the leading logistics enterprises in Vietnam.
According to a recent study by the research team of the University of Transport and Communications in Ho Chi Minh City, the benefits of IT application are recognized by logistics enterprises with many positive impacts. These include improved control and easier planning (70.1%); enhanced company competitiveness (70.1%); reduction of human errors (67%); reduced labor costs in management (61.9%); improved customer relations (60.8%); and cost reduction (57.7%).

The SaaS deployment model allows enterprises to use the HiStaff software solution as a service with monthly fees based on users, modules, etc. In particular, the SaaS model maximizes support for registration and system access; saves equipment investment costs; reduces management resources; enables data backup; minimizes downtime; etc. Additionally, data on the system is highly secure and safe, and can be easily expanded as data grows.
