Deploying HiStaff at Golden Gate Group

On March 17, 2015, Tinh Van Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting – TVC) signed a contract to deploy the HiStaff human resource management software solution with Golden Gate Group Joint Stock Company (Golden Gate Group).
Golden Gate Group (GGG) owns a series of restaurant chains such as Ashima, Kichi Kichi, SumoBBQ, Vuvuzela, Isushi, Ba Con Cừu, Phố ngon 37, Daruma, Gogi House… To address the management challenges of GGG's restaurant chain, HiStaff will be implemented across all 75 restaurants of GGG.
The implementation scope includes 6 modules: Employee profile management; labor management; payroll management; insurance management; employee portal; system administration. The HiStaff system implementation is expected to take 24 weeks, including: system survey, system analysis and design, system customization, system testing, software acceptance testing, data migration, system installation, training and system handover, and system operation support.
HiStaff provides GGG with an effective management tool that adheres to a complete business process from recruitment to employee resignation (including work and activities). At the same time, this solution manages employee time and attendance, supporting fast and accurate payroll calculation for a large and dispersed workforce.
