HiStaff Implements Go-Global Strategy

In February 2019, Laurelton Diamonds Cambodia (LDC) signed a contract to deploy the HiStaff human resources software solution from Tinhvan Consulting.
To reach this decision, LDC spent time researching and carefully considering various HR solutions, including those from Cambodian providers and globally recognized solutions for global operations. However, after three rounds of demos and solution consulting, HiStaff from Tinhvan Consulting proved to be the most suitable in several aspects:
Proven HR Solution
HiStaff was first deployed for LDC in 2019, but it is not unfamiliar or new to Laurelton Diamonds. In August 2015, Laurelton Diamonds Vietnam (LDV) implemented the HiStaff solution.
After a successful implementation at Laurelton Diamonds Vietnam (LDV), Tinhvan Consulting's HiStaff software solution continued to earn trust from Laurelton Diamonds Cambodia (LDC).
The HiStaff project at LDV was highly regarded for helping build a comprehensive human resource management system that meets the complex HR management requirements of a multinational corporation. Over the past four years, HiStaff has been continuously developed, thoroughly addressing LDV's specific HR challenges. With this practical experience, the LDC project team is confident that HiStaff will be deployed quickly and more efficiently.
