HiStaff continues its journey at Acecook Vietnam

In November and December 2020, to ensure the HiStaff human resource management software solution continues to deliver effective results, address substantive HR operations at Acecook Vietnam, and prepare for the system Go-Live after the upgrade, Tinhvan Consulting – the developer of HiStaff – collaborated with Acecook Vietnam to conduct training sessions on HiStaff.

HiStaff's journey of over 8 years at Acecook Vietnam

The HiStaff system was deployed by Tinhvan Consulting for Acecook Vietnam (Acecook) in 2011 and officially went into operation in 2012. At the time of its launch, the HiStaff Solution (Version 1.5) became a critical system for maintaining and developing HR management for over 6,000 employees across 8 major factories nationwide.

Acecook Vietnam achieved the title of Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2020

In April 2019, Acecook's leadership decided to implement a project to upgrade the HiStaff system to version 3.5, which offers superior advantages in data processing speed, mobile device usability, optimized administrative interface, and improved features and reporting capabilities.

HiStaff training sessions at Acecook were organized in both the Northern and Southern regions

To prepare for the Go-Live of the upgraded HiStaff system, Tinhvan Consulting and Acecook coordinated to conduct HiStaff training in November and December 2020. The training was divided into two sessions, targeting HR staff and managers from Acecook's headquarters and branches in both the Southern and Northern regions.

The HiStaff HR solution has been officially operational at Acecook since 2012 and is now over 8 years old.

After more than 15 years of development, HiStaff is now one of the pioneering HR management solutions, successfully applied and validated at a series of major clients such as Acecook.
