Launch of HiStaff Implementation Project at Vincom Group

Hanoi – On September 22, 2011, at the Vincom Building, the kick-off ceremony for the project “Deployment of HiStaff Total Human Resource Management Solution” was held between Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) and Vincom Group.
Vincom Group selected the provider of the Total Human Resource Management Solution through presentations and solution introductions from multiple vendors. Vincom highly appreciated the capacity, experience, and especially the deep understanding of HR management operations of Tinhvan Consulting’s implementation staff, leading Vincom Group to choose Tinhvan Consulting and the HiStaff solution for deployment across the entire Group.
The project scope includes the following modules: Recruitment module; Personnel records module; Timekeeping module; Payroll module; and Online HR portal.
The project was implemented at a time when Vincom Group was experiencing strong growth both in breadth and depth, with a surge in personnel numbers and diverse business lines requiring an advanced, comprehensive, and flexible HR management system to meet new development demands.
