In this context, Tinh Van Group's business results still achieved commendable accomplishments: Revenue grew 57% compared to 2011; the Mass segment, comprising Tinh Van Telecom Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Telecom) and Minh Chau Entertainment Joint Stock Company (MC-Corp), experienced spectacular growth, accounting for half of the Group's total revenue; the establishment of the sixth member unit, Tinh Van E-book Joint Stock Company, completed the Group structure with Tinh Van Holdings and six member units; the average income of employees at Tinh Van increased by 30%; the Board of Directors of Tinh Van Group resolutely fought against negativity with many decisive and tough measures to protect Tinh Van's values.
In 2012, with six member units all fairly stable in the market, along with over 30 branded products and services on the rise, becoming more user-friendly and user-oriented, Tinh Van Group has begun to form a highly interactive Tinh Van Ecosystem.
At the ceremony, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Tinh Van Group – presented the strategic goals and development vision for Tinh Van Group in 2013, based on a solid foundation of brand, culture, and finance. Aiming to build Tinh Van into a Technology Ecosystem with strong synergy, the leadership of Tinh Van Group also agreed on three key keywords for activities in 2013: Discipline, Creativity, Ecosystem.

As per tradition, the nomination and award ceremony for the "Tinh Van Star 2012" to honor outstanding individuals of the year became the focal point and most anticipated segment of the program. At the Year-End Review Ceremony, six outstanding "Stars" of 2012 were honored. The cultural performances, musicals, and the awards for "Four Great Exemplars of Tinh Van" and "Four Great Beauties of Tinh Van" also contributed to making the atmosphere of the ceremony lively and warm. The Board of Directors and Leadership of Tinh Van Group would like to express their deepest gratitude to all Tinhvaners – those who have always worked hard, creatively, and contributed day and night to the development of our common home, Tinh Van.
