Tinh Van Group Star Awards 2020

On the morning of February 8, 2021, Tinhvan Group held the Star Awards 2020 ceremony to honor individuals who made outstanding contributions to the Company over the past year.

This year, in addition to the three usual employee categories—Technology Star, Business Star, and Management Star—there was also a special title for the Best Leader of the Year. The recipient of the Outstanding Leader award not only possesses high professional expertise but also takes responsibility for training, nurturing, and mentoring the next generation of personnel to grow and develop.

The Star Awards 2020 were determined through a secret ballot involving nine members of the Board of Directors. The ninth vote, also the most important one from Chairman Hoang To, was to be decided after tallying the votes of the remaining members. However, a surprise occurred this year when the "destiny" vote did not affect the final outcome at all. The high consensus among the eight votes helped name the winners in all categories.

Also at today's ceremony, the leadership of Tinh Van looked back at the key events of 2020. It began with the decision to restructure the entire group and ended with "sweet fruits" as all units successfully "reached the finish line," achieving good business results, even exceeding set targets. Chairman Hoang To believes that such results are largely due to the adaptability of the Vietnamese people in general and Tinhvaners in particular. While many other powerful "empires" had to suffer, we always find ways to overcome storms and become stronger after each "challenge."

However, we hope that 2021 will be a year of "smooth sailing" so that the Tinh Van ship can speed forward even faster.
