Happy 21st Birthday, Tinh Van!

On July 20, all Tinh Van members held a team-building event to celebrate our 21st birthday at Khoang Xanh Suoi Tien Tourist Area, Ba Vi.
The program began with the usual ceremony. After watching a short video reviewing our 21-year journey, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Tinhvan Group, along with three founding members of Tinh Van – Mr. Nguyen Quan Son, Mr. Nguyen Son Tung, and Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hoan – shared heartfelt words about the efforts, dedication, and camaraderie among Tinh Van people over the years. In his speech, Chairman Hoang To highlighted the achievements of Tinhvan Group and its member companies in the first six months of this year. At the age of 21, Tinh Van has made significant marks in its development history: 2015 will be the year Tinhvan Group achieves its highest profit ever; the Go Global strategy has affirmed its position, accounting for 15% of the Group's total revenue and continuing to grow strongly; the Southern market has been restructured with a strategic direction to drive growth in the coming years; and with the establishment of TVr, in 2015 Tinh Van will launch breakthrough technology products.

At the ceremony, Chairman Hoang To also presented commemorative medals and certificates of merit to long-standing contributors to Tinhvan Group. Among them, Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy – Chief Accountant – dedicated 15 years of her youth and enthusiasm to Tinh Van's development, and Ms. Chu Lan Phuong – Deputy Head of the General Affairs Department – has been with the company for 10 years.

Right after the ceremony, all Tinh Van members participated in team-building activities with a series of physical games designed to foster bonding and enhance team spirit. Nearly 400 members from six different units, though they had not known each other before, became one team, united and determined to win.
