"Computerizing library operations as well as digitizing and managing digital documents is an inevitable need for libraries in the present and near future, so the strong emergence of domestic software to compete with foreign software is natural. Some foreign software currently available in Vietnam face difficulties in providing technical support to units using them because they have to wait for experts and technicians from abroad. Libol is one of the earliest domestic library software products on the Vietnamese market, running stably and compatible with all hardware configurations, conforming to international standards and suitable for all types of libraries, easy to use and upgrade, and competitively priced."
