On the morning of January 7, 2012, Tinh Van Software Export Company (Tinhvan Outsourcing) solemnly held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the General Director and the Management Board of the Company.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hoan – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group, Mr. Nguyen Quan Son – Deputy General Director in charge of Finance and Information Systems, Mr. Bui Van Kien – Deputy General Director in charge of Administration and Human Resources, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – Director of Tinh Van Software Export Center, Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – Deputy Director of Tinh Van Software Export Center, and others.

On behalf of the leadership of Tinhvan Group, Mr. Bui Van Kien – Deputy General Director in charge of Administration and Human Resources announced the appointment decision: Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – Director of Tinh Van Software Export Center to assume the position of CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing; Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – Deputy Director of Tinh Van Software Export Center to assume the position of Deputy CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing; Ms. La Thanh Nga to assume the position of Chief Accountant of Tinhvan Outsourcing. The decision takes effect from January 1, 2012. Delivering a directive speech at the ceremony announcing the appointment of the CEO and Management Board of Tinhvan Outsourcing, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hoan – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group assigned tasks to the newly appointed officers, expressing hope that everyone would strive to fulfill their duties and responsibilities well, while also expressing the confidence of Tinhvan Group's leadership in the collective staff of Tinhvan Outsourcing.
