Launch of the Ministry of Home Affairs Portal Built by Tinh Van Group

On August 17, 2023, the Ministry of Home Affairs headquarters hosted the 25th anniversary of the Information Center and the launch of the Ministry of Home Affairs Portal.
Over the 25 years since its establishment, the Information Center of the Ministry of Home Affairs has made significant strides in both organizational scale and technology. In terms of functions and tasks, from its initial focus on building IT infrastructure to support the Government Committee for Organization and Personnel, the Information Center now undertakes many important tasks, from advising the Ministry's leadership on IT management—especially digital transformation—to directly implementing training, skill development, infrastructure system building and management, and developing IT applications, software, databases, information, and communications within the Ministry and the entire sector.
In December 2022, the Ministry of Home Affairs approved the project “Upgrading the Ministry of Home Affairs Portal System” with the goal of conducting comprehensive research, investing in equipment systems, and building a portal software system to overcome the limitations of the old technology platform and add new features on the MS SharePoint platform.
As the selected contractor for this project, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company has coordinated with the investor—the Information Center of the Ministry of Home Affairs—to actively implement the construction of the new Ministry of Home Affairs Portal on the MS SharePoint platform.
New Portal Built by Tinh Van
Functioning as the official and centralized information channel of the state agency within the Ministry of Home Affairs on the network environment, the new Ministry of Home Affairs Portal has been built to fully meet the requirements and tasks set by the Government and the Ministry, as well as the regulations on state agency portals under Decree 42/2022/ND-CP.
