Team Building 2022 and Tinh Van's 28th Birthday Gala

Held on July 19 in Ha Long, Tinh Van's team building event took place in a vibrant, exciting, and cohesive atmosphere. Setting aside their busy work schedules, Tinhvaners had a memorable team trip in 2022.
Tinhvaners were divided into 4 teams to participate in challenges such as: creating a logo for their team, overcoming obstacles, don't let the ball drop, and bringing water back to the source. By mixing personnel from different member units, the organizing committee aimed to convey the message “Together We Shine” to all members, as well as enhance the role and mission of unity.
The Team Building program concluded with unforgettable wonderful experiences—things that seemed simple but were truly impressive and hard to forget for every member of the Tinh Van family.
On the evening of July 20, the Tinh Van 28th Birthday Gala with the theme “Riding the Storm” was held in Ha Long. The event took place in a very lively atmosphere and brought a range of emotions.
The ceremony began with the familiar melody of the traditional song – Tinh Van Ca – echoing throughout the hall. This was followed by a toast and cake-cutting by the leadership.
Next were many special artistic performances by Tinhvaners themselves. Each act carried the brand identity, image, and culture of Tinh Van people.
“Riding the Storm” is the message the program wanted to send to all Tinhvaners: like a large ship sailing out to sea, Tinh Van remains steadfast and proud in the face of winds and storms, and after the storm, it rises to ride the waves and go further.
We hope that Tinhvaners will “pass the flame” to each other, firmly steering the Tinh Van ship across the great ocean.
