The Quality Management Department – Tinh Van Telecommunications Joint Stock Company (http://xalo.vn) urgently needs to recruit 02 Quality Management Officers (PQA). Specific requirements are as follows:
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduated from university majoring in Information Technology or equivalent knowledge
– At least 2 years of direct work experience in software projects (as Tester, Programmer, QA, PM, etc.)
– Knowledge of software development processes, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMi is an advantage
– Interest and passion for QA work in projects and management systems
– Able to read, understand, and translate technical documents in English.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
– Ability to work independently and in teams.
– Documentation and communication skills
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
– Presentation and persuasion skills
– Information synthesis and reporting skills
– Management aptitude, enjoys systems thinking
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS:
– Highly proactive, courteous and polite demeanor.
– Decisive and principled, careful and enthusiastic

– Starting salary negotiable from 5 to 7 million VND depending on ability and experience
– Probation period is 2 months, probation salary is 80% of the official salary
