Tinhvan Telecom (http://xalo.vn) urgently needs to recruit 01 Team Leader for Development of Digital Content Services on Mobile.

Job Description:
- Participate in managing projects within Tinhvan Telecom's largest strategy for producing application products on mobile phones.
- Research and analyze systems, define system development requirements, features, and plan project implementation and development.
- Calculate and allocate human resources, and monitor and supervise the project.
- Ensure the project is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Participate in implementing bids for selling mobile digital content products/services to agents/network operators.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position, building and developing projects.
- Passion and broad knowledge in the field of Digital Content or IT is a significant advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Experience in a similar position is a significant advantage.
Compensation:
- Probationary salary starting at 600 – 1000 USD/month (to be discussed in the interview) + departmental performance bonus.
