Tinh Van Group provides HiStaff solution to TNK – Vietnam

On October 29, 2012, Tinh Van Ho Chi Minh Branch and TNK – Vietnam Oil and Gas Company (TNK – Vietnam) officially signed a contract for “Provision and deployment of the HiStaff Human Resource Management Software Solution”.

TNK – Vietnam is a subsidiary of the TNK-BP Oil and Gas Group (a 50/50 joint venture between BP of the UK and the AAR Consortium of Russia). In June 2011, this third-largest oil and gas group in Russia reached an agreement with BP to acquire BP's shares in upstream assets, gas pipelines, and power generation in Vietnam and Venezuela for $1.8 billion.
After receiving the amended investment license from the Vietnamese Government in October 2011, TNK – Vietnam took over the operation of BP's projects, including oil and gas exploitation in Block 06.1, the Nam Con Son gas pipeline, and the Phu My 3 Thermal Power Plant.
