Tinh Van Group provides software for the project to enhance higher education quality funded by the World Bank

At the end of December 2021, Tinh Van, in a joint venture with D&L Technology Consulting and Integration Joint Stock Company (DLC-TV Joint Venture), participated in the bidding package “Procurement, installation, configuration, and training for the transfer of the internal and external document management system, shared digital library, and LMS” under the component project: “Building a shared digital library for higher education institutions in Vietnam” as part of the project to enhance higher education quality funded by the World Bank. The DLC-TV Joint Venture won the aforementioned bidding package and signed a contract to implement the package with the National Economics University. Last week, the kick-off ceremony for contract implementation took place among the relevant parties. Tinh Van (with TVE as the implementing unit) will provide the project with the Libol Bookworm electronic document circulation solution and the Clever online training solution.

The “Enhancing Higher Education Quality” project (SAHEP) has been approved by the World Bank to strengthen the research, teaching, and institutional capacity of three autonomous universities and improve the management of Vietnam's higher education system. This is an opportunity for universities, academies, and colleges nationwide to deploy digital libraries, connect, and enrich their data resources. The component project “Building a shared digital library for higher education institutions in Vietnam” is implemented with the goal of improving the quality of training and scientific research, promoting cooperation and sharing in research through the provision of a shared electronic database, aiming to build a hub library for higher education institutions in Vietnam, with a focus on the group of schools specializing in economics, management, and business administration. Approximately 600,000 students and 27,000 lecturers from various higher education institutions will have access to rich learning and research resources through access rights to the shared digital library located at the National Economics University.
