Tinh Van Group Holds 2011 Year-End Summary Ceremony

On January 19, 2012, in Hanoi, Tinh Van Group held its 2011 Year-End Summary Ceremony and outlined its operational direction for 2012.
According to the business performance report from the Executive Board, 2011 was a year of many difficulties, with the economic recession continuing to spread, inflation nearing 20%, record-high bank interest rates, a plummeting stock market, and a frozen real estate sector. Against this backdrop, Tinh Van Group's business results in 2011 still achieved commendable successes, with revenue growing nearly 100% compared to 2010. Tinh Van Solutions (TVS) led the entire Group in both revenue and profit; Tinh Van Telecom (TVT) rose to second place, becoming one of Vietnam's renowned digital content providers with technological advantages and innovative business operations; Tinh Van Consulting (TVC) experienced rapid growth, with its HiStaff comprehensive human resource management product maintaining the number one position in Vietnam with a series of major clients; Tinh Van Ho Chi Minh City Branch (TVHCM) exceeded 100% of its assigned business plan; Minh Chau Entertainment Joint Stock Company (MCC), which only began operations in June 2011, achieved very impressive sales; Tinh Van Outsourcing (TVO) accumulated many necessary values in 2011, creating momentum for a new development phase and officially transitioning its operational model from a Center to a member company – Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Tinh Van Group – presented the strategic goals and development vision of Tinh Van Group up to 2015, based on a solid foundation of brand, culture, and finance. The leadership of Tinh Van Group unanimously adopted the action slogan for 2012: “Discipline for Excellence,” and committed to perfecting financial regulations, strictly controlling cash flow, preparing contingency plans, rejecting projects and contracts with potential risks, and prioritizing businesses with fast cash flow.
Tinh Van Group leadership engages in dialogue with employees
At the summary ceremony, hundreds of Tinh Van Group employees had the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with the leadership regarding salary, bonuses, benefits, promotion opportunities, and the vision and development direction for 2012. As per tradition, the nomination and award ceremony for the “Tinh Van Star 2011” to honor outstanding individuals of the year became the focal point and attracted the most attention. Seven outstanding “Stars” of 2011 were honored with valuable prizes in cash and Tinh Van Group shares. The cultural performances, along with the awards for the “Four Great Exemplars of Tinh Van” and “Four Great Beauties of Tinh Van,” and the fun “Tinh Gio” contest, contributed to making the atmosphere of the Summary Ceremony lively and exciting. The ceremony concluded with a warm and cozy year-end party.
