Tinh Van Group Completes Building 2021 Business Plan

In early December 2020, Tinh Van Group held a meeting to "Defend the 2021 Business Plan" with the participation of board members and key personnel from all units. Tinh Van Consulting was the last unit to present its 2021 business plan, thereby completing the development of Tinh Van Group's 2021 business plan.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the leadership reached a consensus on establishing the key goal for 2021 as "Digital Transformation Orientation in line with the Government's Digital Transformation Program." In addition, specific plans and strategies for each phase, as well as revenue targets, were presented, analyzed, and openly debated to chart a clear development direction aligned with each unit's capabilities.
2021 will be a challenging year for all units to achieve the revenue and profit targets set by the leadership. The 2021 goals are considered ambitious but not unrealistic, as we have a solid foundation and the capability to overcome challenges if every link in the organization gives their best effort.
It can be seen that in recent years, the slogan "Digital Synergy" has been clearly demonstrated through a series of events and projects coordinated by Tinh Van's units. Tinh Van has been, is, and will always maintain and promote that spirit to create synergistic strength, steering the Tinh Van ship through all storms and out to the open sea.
Management and relevant business departments need to closely monitor the project pipeline, ensure progress, manage costs tightly, and prepare contingency plans to respond to any potential impacts of Covid-19.
