Digitization of Archived Documents at the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province

Last April, the Government and Banking Financial Solutions Center (Tinhvan Solutions – TVS) of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company completed the deployment of the project to digitize archived documents at the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province.

Digitizing archived documents helps the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee save maximum printing costs and reduce storage space; eliminate loss and damage of documents during storage; optimize document search time; share documents quickly; ensure document information security; improve efficiency and optimize the transmission and management of archived documents; and store documents for life.
Due to the important and valuable nature of the records, the digitization process must ensure the quality of the digitized files while preserving the original condition of the documents. In addition, the digitization process is operated on software systems, including: specialized scanning software, document cataloging software, and document digitization system.
With a serious work ethic and high responsibility, the project members completed the work on schedule after 3 months of implementation.
