Tinh Van Group celebrates its 24th birthday

On the occasion of its 24th birthday, Tinhvan Group's Northern branch had a combined vacation, team-building, and birthday party in Sam Son, Thanh Hoa from July 19 to 21, 2018.
Greeting the Tinh Van delegation on this trip was bad news about Storm No. 3 – Storm Son Tinh making landfall in Northern provinces, including Thanh Hoa, which was heavily affected by the tropical depression. However, the spirit of the Tinh Van delegation was not dampened. All preparations and organization proceeded as planned.
Perhaps due to the enthusiastic spirit of the whole delegation, the weather was extremely favorable on Tinh Van's main event day. On the morning of July 20, Tinh Van's team-building program took place in cool weather without rain. The Tinhvaners were very excited and fiercely competitive in the games: 1. Land boat racing; 2. Overcoming opponents; 3. Lightning steps; 4. Reaching the big sea + dragon fight.
The team-building activities organized by Tinh Van aimed to strengthen unity, prioritize team spirit over individual, relieve stress, and help members understand each other better to support one another. As shared by Hoa NT – TVS: “Activities like this make everyone feel youthful, love life, love Tinh Van, and love their colleagues more. A few years ago, I was about to resign, but because the team-building was so fun, I decided to stay and have been with Tinh Van ever since.”
Although exhausted from the morning team-building, the Tinhvaners seemed full of energy at the Tinh Van 24th Birthday Gala that evening. The program began with the indispensable parts of a birthday ceremony: the opening speech by Chairman of Tinhvan Group – Hoang To; the birthday cake cutting to celebrate Tinh Van turning 24; and especially the tribute to long-serving employees who contributed to Tinh Van's development. For the first time at Tinh Van's birthday ceremony, there was recognition and rewards for units with outstanding performance in the first six months of the year, awarded to TVO, TVC, TVE, TVS. Next were homegrown performances full of Tinh Van character: a remix of the Tinh Van song with a more modern and youthful sound; a Vietnam-Japan dance welcoming partner TIS joining Tinh Van; a mashup of flute and cajon drum by Quang DN and Minh PQ; and a solo rock song "Black Eyes" performed by Minh PQ. After the solemn and heartfelt ceremony, the Tinhvaners were further energized by fun and humorous mini-games named: Latin Dance, Tinh Van Record, and Tinh Van Needs.
Thus, three days of eating, playing, and resting together came to an end. As a closing remark for the event, TVEXpress reporter would like to quote from Chairman Hoang To's opening speech: "Wishing Tinh Van to step into age 25 strongly, decisively, innovatively, and with outstanding development. Wishing all units to exceed their 2018 plans."
