Tinh Van Group upgrades MWorld service for MobiFone

In the last days of March, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group) officially signed a contract to implement the project “Adding mBook and Live SMS features to the MWorld system”, abbreviated as MWorld 3 project.
This project is invested by the Value-Added Service Center – Mobile Information Company (MobiFone) to develop a system providing integrated application services on mobile devices (commonly known as MWorld).
MWorld 3 is essentially an upgrade of the current MWorld with the addition of two features of the MWorld application: the e-book reader software MBook and the advanced messaging software Live SMS, aiming to diversify the content and utilities provided, thereby attracting more customers and increasing revenue for the MWorld service.
Previously, Tinhvan Group and MobiFone had cooperated in developing the MWorld application through two phases: Phase 1 lasted from November 2010 to April 2011, mainly focusing on providing hardware and deploying the integrated mobile application system software. Phase 2 added more hardware and upgraded the software with utilities and user personalization features, lasting from November 2012 to March 2012. Phase 3 is expected to last from March 2013 to mid-2013.
With MWorld, customers just need to open the application to use many value-added services such as News, Market, Lottery, Stocks, Discovery, Football, Games, Music, Relaxation, FunRing, Mobile TV, VoiceSMS, etc., without having to remember command codes or SMS syntax. This application has a user-friendly interface, supports Vietnamese, runs on 3G/EDGE/GPRS environment, and is for MobiFone subscribers.
