Tinh Van Group collaborates to deploy and launch the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal

On the morning of June 7, 2018, at the main hall of the Ministry of Public Security headquarters – 44 Yet Kieu, Hanoi, the inauguration ceremony for the new interface of the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal took place.
Implementing the Government's policy on promoting information technology application in state agencies to modernize the administration, in the process of building an "e-Government" and accelerating administrative procedure reform, the Ministry of Public Security has rebuilt its Electronic Information Portal based on upgrading the previous portal.
The Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal officially connected to the global Internet in August 2010, basically meeting the requirements and tasks set by the Government and the Public Security sector, serving as the hub for providing official information of the Ministry on the Internet. However, during operation, the system revealed some limitations and shortcomings in technology, limited ability to expand new functions, and inconsistent information structure, making it difficult for citizens to access and search for information. Therefore, the Portal needs to move towards a more unified and comprehensive architecture based on the most modern portal technology, to ensure it meets the functional requirements of an electronic information portal and ensures long-term development as well as seamless integration with current and future systems of the Ministry.

Therefore, in October 2015, the Ministry of Public Security approved the project "Upgrading the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal operating on the Internet," with the goal of conducting a comprehensive study, investing in equipment systems, and building a portal software system to overcome the limitations of the old technology platform, upgrade new features, and provide comprehensive information about the Ministry. The project to upgrade the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Public Security was implemented by the joint venture between Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company and FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FIS).
After one year of construction, the project "Upgrading the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal operating on the Internet" has been completed on a modern technology platform, with a scientifically designed interface that is highly attractive, offers many utilities to meet user needs, and includes additional specialized sections with prominent content.

Prominent new features of the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal:
– Interface with brand colors, layout with dark and light areas while maintaining clear contrast.
– Main category news boxes are designed in a flat design style, highlighting the top information of each category. Information box handling: clear primary and secondary layout, with large and small spaces. All together form a solid layout with no wasted space.
