Tinhvan Solutions kicks off 2021 with a long-term project

Recently, Tinhvan Solutions (TVS) was trusted and selected as the unit to implement the project "Upgrading the Portal of the Ministry of Finance." The implementation period is expected to be about 18 months with a very large contract value.
The scope of the project "Upgrading the Portal of the Ministry of Finance" includes the following main items: Upgrading the functionality of the entire system and converting the core Portal infrastructure and database to a new platform (Oracle Webcenter Portal 12C, Oracle Weblogic Server 12C, Oracle Database 19C…); Separating and operating two separate systems: the Portal of the Ministry of Finance and the State Treasury; Developing a mobile app to read news from the Ministry of Finance Portal to serve the people…
In addition to the large workload with new and complex implementation technology, along with strict requirements on product quality and tight implementation schedule from the Investor (Department of Information Technology and Financial Statistics - Ministry of Finance), the project is a significant challenge for the TVS project team. However, it is also an opportunity for Tinhvan Solutions to reaffirm its leading position in Portal implementation technology within the State agency sector, by completing the project objectives with the highest determination and effort from the entire project team as well as TVS support departments.
