Tinh Van Group Bids Farewell to 2016

On January 21, Tinhvan Group held its 2016 Year-End Review Ceremony, closing a year of many changes with the participation of all Tinhvaners.
Attending the ceremony were Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group Hoang To, General Directors of member units of Tinh Van, and all Tinhvaners.
As usual, after the entire hall joined in the traditional Tinh Van song, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group Hoang To delivered a short speech to all members. He outlined the Tinh Van ecosystem after the changes in 2016 with the 5-year development strategy 2016-2020: Go Global – Go South – Go Service. At the same time, he also announced the slogan for 2017 of Tinhvan Group: Drive Momentum, hoping that in the new year, Tinhvaners can dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to the common home Tinh Van.

At the ceremony, representatives of the company's leadership also awarded certificates of merit and commemorative medals to individuals who have made long-term contributions to the development of Tinh Van. Among them, two individuals who dedicated their youth to Tinh Van (10 years) were Ms. Vu Thi Phuong – HR Manager of TVO and Ms. Nguyen Dieu Linh – Head of Testing and Training Department of TVS.

Especially, the ceremony could not miss the honoring of the most outstanding individuals of Tinhvan Group – Minh Tinh 2016. This year's Minh Tinh was divided into three categories: Management, Business, and Technology. The announced names received high consensus from the leadership and were kept secret until the last moment.

All the activities and major changes of Tinh Van's units in 2016 were vividly and interestingly depicted through the play "Tao Quan: Chuyện phiếm trước giờ chầu" (Kitchen Gods: Gossip Before the Audience). Although absent for several years, upon its return, this performance still captivated all Tinhvaners, keeping their eyes glued to the stage.
