On November 24, 2011, in Hanoi, Tinh Van Group participated in the 5th Japan ICT Day – a key event to promote Vietnam-Japan business cooperation, organized by VINASA.

Japan ICT Day 2011 saw the participation of Japanese business delegates from three delegations: the Japan Information Technology Services Industry Association (JISA), the Open Source Embedded Software Forum (OESF), and the Embedded System Industrial Promotion Organization of Kansai, Japan (ESIP).
The program included two main seminars: “Vietnam-Japan IT Cooperation towards the Vietnamese Market” and “Human Resource Development for Long-term Vietnam-Japan Cooperation,” along with networking and partner-matching activities between businesses of the two countries, and visits to several companies and universities. According to the organizers, this year saw the highest number of participants ever, with over 180 Vietnamese and Japanese delegates.
At Japan ICT Day 2011, VINASA announced for the first time the “Job Classification for Software and IT Services,” comprising 11 categories, 33 subcategories, and 7 levels. This is part of the Vietnam IT Software and Services Personnel Ranking System, abbreviated as VRS, developed by VINASA based on Japan’s IT Skill Standards (ITSS) and the European Certification of Informatics Professionals (EUCIP).
Japanese business delegation introduced by JISA visits Tinh Van Group
Within the program framework, on the morning of November 25, a Japanese business delegation introduced by JISA visited and explored Tinh Van Group. Welcoming the guests were Chairman of the Board and CEO Hoang To and Executive Director of Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) Nguyen Ich Vinh.
Continuing the success of previous years, the Vietnam-Japan ICT Day 2011 once again became a true festival for the friendship and strong cooperation between the IT industries of the two countries, offering an opportunity for businesses and individuals to enhance mutual understanding and promote business cooperation in the IT sector between Vietnam and Japan.
