Tinh Van Group Celebrates Its 30th Birthday

This year is a special one, as Tinhvan Group turns 30. To prepare for this special day, Tinh Van organized a series of side activities. The Race for Tinhvan running event took place over one month, from June 8, 2024 to July 8, 2024, with the participation of 109 members, including 88 Tinhvaners, 10 former Tinh Van employees, and 11 relatives of Tinhvaners. In one month, the members ran, walked, swam, and cycled a total of 7,158 km.

A Parent Appreciation Ceremony for the founders of Tinhvan Group was held solemnly, warmly, and emotionally at the Apricot Hotel, Hanoi, on July 16, 2024. Throughout the 30 years of Tinh Van's formation and development, the parents of the founders have always been by their side, accompanying their children, providing both spiritual and material support. The name Tinh Van has always existed in each family, both dear and a source of pride for the parents. The parents had the opportunity to meet again, share their feelings about Tinh Van, reminisce about the ups and downs of their children's journey, sing French songs, and listen to the founders of Tinh Van sing the traditional Tinh Van song.

Close to Tinh Van's birthday anniversary, former Tinhvaners gradually returned to the Company to meet colleagues who had accompanied them during their youthful, memorable years. They brought flowers, gifts, and gratitude for what Tinh Van had given them when they first graduated and stepped into life.

Finally, all of Tinhvan Group in the North, along with some staff from the TVHCM branch, set off to Ha Long City to celebrate the 30th birthday, combined with the 2024 summer vacation.
Throughout the journey from Hanoi to Ha Long, as well as on the night of July 19, 2024, it rained heavily. Perhaps due to the enthusiastic spirit of the group, the weather was very supportive on Tinh Van's main event day. On the morning of July 20, Tinh Van's Team-Building program took place in cool weather, starting with kayaking to form a flower shape on Ha Long Bay.

Although exhausted from the morning Team-building activities, the Tinhvaners seemed full of energy at the Tinh Van 30th Birthday Gala that evening. The program began with the indispensable traditional Tinh Van song. The speeches by TSO General Director Pham Thuc Truong Luong and Chairman of the Board Hoang To brought excitement and hope to all Tinhvaners for the promising future of Tinh Van. The birthday celebration program was designed to trace the formation and development of Tinh Van, leading the audience through memorable milestones in the company's journey, from a small company to a world-class technology ecosystem: Stage 1 – Youth, starting with a video about the early days of the company through a conversation among Tinh Van's founders. Stages 2 and 3 – Development and Overcoming Challenges: Throughout the development journey, Tinh Van has left important marks with a spirit of constant innovation. Tinhvaners traveled through time, reviewing memorable milestones and proud achievements through a video about Tinh Van's development and key steps. Finally, Stage 4: Shining, a special musical performance by Tinh Van members.

The ceremony ended with the cutting of the birthday cake and popping champagne to celebrate Tinh Van's 30th birthday; everyone raised their glasses joyfully to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Tinhvan Group.
