On the morning of Saturday, March 24, 2017, Tinhvan Group participated in the Job Fair for students of the Military Technical Academy (MTA).
This was the first time Tinh Van collaborated with MTA in general, and especially with the Faculty of Information Technology (IT) in particular. Characteristic of the military environment, the Job Fair was meticulously organized with many activities. Besides the corporate introductions at their booths, the students also had 14 out of the total 30 booths to organize activities such as food stalls, book club introductions, etc. The young military personnel were also very excited and impressed by the cute little bookmarks – gifts from Tinh Van during the Lucky Draw game; some were engrossed in learning about Tinh Van's 20-year history through the chronicle displayed at the booth. Not only that, many IT students left their contact information to be reached out to for internships, collaborators, and recruitment positions at Tinhvan Group.
The Political Commissar of the Academy and members of the Academy's Board of Directors visited the Tinh Van booth
With a favorable location in the central area of the Fair, the Tinh Van booth was honored to be visited by the Political Commissar of the Academy and members of the Academy's Board of Directors during the opening ceremony. In addition to activities at our booth, Tinh Van also participated in a cultural performance with the event organizers – a flute performance by Mr. Manh NV featuring a mashup of two lively and energetic songs.

At the end of the event, the IT Faculty held a meeting with corporate representatives to thank them and listen to their feedback and suggestions regarding the organization, in order to learn lessons for future events. During the meeting, the IT Faculty representative expressed a desire to continue and strengthen collaboration with businesses through activities such as organizing seminars, technology workshops, and corporate career counseling sessions.
In recent years, MTA has opened several civilian training programs with an annual enrollment of about 1,200 students, of which the IT Faculty accounts for one-fifth. As for the Job Fair for students (mainly civilian students), this is the fifth year the IT Faculty has organized it for its students and the third year it has been coordinated with the Academy.
We wish that in the coming time, Tinh Van and MTA will have many more beneficial activities for students!
