Tinhvan Consulting Deploys Multiple New Contracts

In April 2013, Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) deployed the HiStaff Total Human Resource Management Solution for two major partners: VinGroup and Vinmec International General Hospital.
Since November 2012, HiStaff has been implemented at VinGroup's headquarters with six modules: Employee Profile, Timekeeping, Payroll, Recruitment, HR Information System, and System Administration. The successful implementation in this phase laid the foundation for VinGroup's leadership to trust and decide to proceed with Phase II of the project.
On April 24, the project kick-off ceremony for deploying the Training module and upgrading certain functions in the HiStaff Solution between VinGroup and Tinhvan Consulting took place at VinGroup's headquarters.
The deployment of the Training module is considered an effective tool to help VinGroup develop the quality of human resources within the Group, as well as plan training programs, organize implementation, and monitor costs and training outcomes. Notably, the system can automatically find suitable employees for each course, extract summary reports on courses, and detailed training results of trainees, helping managers easily track and evaluate training outcomes.
Also on April 24, the HiStaff Solution deployment project was launched at Vinmec International General Hospital. Accordingly, HiStaff will be implemented at Vinmec's headquarters with six modules: Employee Profile, Timekeeping, Payroll, Recruitment, HR Information System, and System Administration over a period of two months. The system is expected to be officially used in early July 2013.
HiStaff will help streamline and centralize human resource management at Vinmec on a single database, tracking and evaluating the entire work process of employees at the unit. Moreover, the application of HiStaff will also serve as a basis for Vinmec to forecast and plan HR budgets, apply a fully automatic and uniform payroll mechanism with flexible salary formulas, and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Earlier, on March 28, Sumitomo Corporation Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SumitomoVietnam) – a member of Sumitomo Corporation (Japan) – also signed a project contract for the “Provision of HiStaff Total Human Resource Management Software Solution” with Tinhvan Consulting.
