Tinhvan Consulting Upgrades HiStaff at Unilever Vietnam

In June 2017, Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) signed a contract to upgrade the HiStaff software solution at Unilever Vietnam.
Operating in Vietnam since 1995, Unilever Vietnam is one of the most successful consumer goods companies in the country. Voted as the Best Workplace and the Most Admired Employer in Vietnam, Unilever Vietnam currently has 1,500 employees nationwide and indirectly creates jobs for 15,000 workers through third parties, suppliers, and distribution agents.
Unilever's famous brands such as OMO, Lifebuoy, Sunsilk, Clear, Pond’s, P/S, Lipton, Knorr, VISO, VIM, Sunlight have become the number one household brands in Vietnam. On average, about 30 million consumers nationwide access and use Unilever Vietnam's products through a nationwide distribution and sales network including over 150 distribution agents and 300,000 retail stores, helping the company fulfill its committed mission: "Enhancing the lives of Vietnamese people."
With strong workforce growth, as early as 2005, Unilever Vietnam trusted and deployed Tinhvan Consulting's HiStaff comprehensive human resource management software solution. Continuing that trust, in June 2017, Unilever Vietnam signed an agreement to upgrade the HiStaff software solution. In this upgrade, HiStaff will enhance security capabilities to meet strict data information security standards; upgrade and add new features for users to address specific HR challenges in Vietnam; and integrate with the Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) system currently used at Unilever Vietnam.
Workday HCM is a global human capital management software solution. Workday currently provides cloud-based solutions for large multinational corporations worldwide such as Unilever, Airbus Group, Aon, HP, Sanofi, Abbott, Amazon, etc. The integration of HiStaff with Workday HCM once again affirms its flexible customization capability and easy integration with other management software solutions both domestically and internationally.
