Tinhvan Consulting ready to Go-live HiStaff system at Vinamilk

The HiStaff human resource management solution has been officially in operation at Vinamilk since 2012. After 7 years of use, in August 2019, Vinamilk decided to upgrade the version with a new technology platform and add many new functional modules to fully leverage the value HiStaff brings.
In December 2020, Tinhvan Consulting – the provider of the HiStaff solution – and Vinamilk coordinated to organize training for personnel to operate the Go-live of the HiStaff human resource management system.
The training course attracted the participation of over 70 HR specialists, HR managers, and HR directors from Vinamilk. Participants in the HiStaff training came from all three regions: North, Central, and South, with representatives from the Head Office, 15 factories, 3 branches, 2 warehouse and logistics enterprises, the Raw Material Center, and various farms.
Through 6 days of serious and disciplined training, the Tinhvan Consulting team shared with key personnel responsible for operating the HiStaff system information such as:
- Standardizing all HR processes on the HiStaff system.
- Synchronizing management methods and data storage.
- Standardizing forms, reports, and HR operations according to legal regulations and Vinamilk's policies.
- Training on how to use and exploit data on the HiStaff system.
Over 8 years of accompanying the national brand – Vinamilk, Tinhvan Consulting's HiStaff HR solution has helped the client thoroughly and comprehensively solve HR challenges and has received high praise.
