TVG 2014 Year-End Review

On February 12, the entire leadership and staff of Tinhvan Group held a respectful and warm Year-End Review ceremony for 2014 at the Hapu Party and Conference Center.

2014 was a year of many emotions for Tinhvan Group. There were joys and regrets. But the most meaningful thing that remains is that all Tinh Van members stayed united, traveling together on the same bus. The Year-End Review was held solemnly so that Tinhvaners could sit together, review what was done in the past year, interact and understand each other better, and join hands to step into 2015 with a new mindset and new determination.

In particular, in 2015, Tinhvan Group will implement a new management method that has been successfully applied by many international corporations such as Google and Intel, namely OKR (Objectives and Key Results). Tinhvan Group is also the first unit in Vietnam to deploy this OKR method.

After the traditional song Tinh Van Ca, Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Tinhvan Group, Hoang To, shared a few words about the operational situation in 2014 and development directions for 2015. In particular, he also sent New Year wishes to all employees.

The Tinhvan Group 2014 Year-End Review was not only an occasion for Tinhvaners to meet at the end of the year, interact, and chat, but also to honor individuals who made significant contributions in the past year. The most important part of the program – the 2014 Star Awards – was organized for this purpose. The ceremony honored three outstanding technology faces: Mr. Nguyen The Tung – Head of TVT Technology Department, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – Head of TVS Portal Department, and Mr. Dao Manh Hoa – Head of TVS Hanoi Technology Department.

Mr. Pham Thuc Truong Luong – Deputy General Director of Tinhvan Group presented the Technology Star Award to Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang.

The Business Stars honored were Mr. Bui Thanh Tung – Sales Staff of TVO, Mr. Nguyen Van Chung – Head of Games Sales Department of TVT, and Mr. Nguyen Trong Duoc – Deputy Head of MCC Dealer Sales Department.

Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hoan – Member of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group presented the award to Mr. Bui Thanh Tung.

Mr. Bui Van Kien – Deputy General Director of TVT presented the Business Star Award to Mr. Nguyen Van Chung

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Luong – Chairman of the Members' Council of TVS presented the award to Mr. Nguyen Trong Duoc

The Management Star title went to Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Huyen – Accountant of TVH.

In addition, the company also presented commemorative medals and rewards to individuals who have been with the company for many years. These are employees who have persistently accompanied the company through both successes and difficulties over 5 years.

The ceremony was also a feast of music and colors with performances by Tinh Van's "artists."

Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hoan – one of the three founders of Tinhvan Group expressed his determination for 2015 with the new OKR management method through a song he composed himself.

The ceremony concluded with the awarding of the Tinhvan's King & Queen 2014 titles. Mr. Nguyen Van Dien – Accountant of TVH and Ms. Chu Lan Phuong – Deputy Head of TVH General Department became Tinhvan's King & Queen 2014. This title was voted by Tinhvaners at the ceremony.
