Chairman of the Board of Directors – Hoang To presented a preliminary summary of the Group's overall situation. In the first half of 2017, despite some existing difficulties, Tinh Van also received many encouraging signals. New projects, secured contracts, and plans for Go Global all yielded promising results. The Board of Directors of Tinh Van has provided guidance and directed member units to seize opportunities for stronger growth in the coming period.

Next, the Directors of each company presented the specific situation of their units in the first two quarters, defended their OKRs and business plans for Q3 and the second half of 2017, along with adjustments to suit the new circumstances.
