Tinh Van HCM upgrades Techmart Online technology trading portal

In early Q2 2017, the Ho Chi Minh City branch of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company was trusted by the Center for Information and Statistics of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City (CESTI) to cooperate and coordinate the implementation of upgrading the Techmart Online technology trading portal.
The Ho Chi Minh City Technology and Equipment Market system was built and operated by CESTI since 2002. After 14 years of operation, Techmart Online has actively served the community and businesses in searching, investing, and innovating technology and equipment. However, to further promote innovation and technology transfer activities in Ho Chi Minh City, since 2016, under the direction of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, CESTI has invested in and upgraded the system into a technology trading portal with more functions. After more than 4 months of upgrading, the Techmart Online system was launched and officially put into use at http://www.techmart.com.vn. Techmart Online is a technology trading portal invested and operated under a new model, supporting online transactions of equipment, solutions, and scientific and technological research.
Techmart Online will be a place to connect the needs of buying and selling equipment and scientific and technological solutions among businesses as well as projects and startups in Ho Chi Minh City. The system aims to create a favorable environment for transactions and partner search on the Internet, with the participation of technology supply and demand sides and intermediary service organizations.
The upgraded Techmart Online system is designed and operated to maximize user needs by allowing members to autonomously manage all their transactions within the system, providing utilities that help members proactively search, select, and connect with technology and equipment (T&E) supply sources, consultants, and investors. Organizations and individuals who are owners of inventions, business projects, or startup projects seeking partners can use the system to introduce their products to investors, etc.
In addition, the system will also convey information related to science and technology activities in Ho Chi Minh City, such as seminars introducing T&E, reports analyzing technology trends, and S&T events taking place in Ho Chi Minh City. Techmart Online aims to have 5,000 products and scientific inventions regularly posted by 2018.
