Tinh Van Incubator participates in “Convergence 2014”

Poem Machine, Universal Calendar, and Fruit War are three products selected by Tinh Van Incubator (TVi) to participate in the mobile application programming contest named “Convergence 2014”. This contest is organized by the Vietnam Internet Association (VIA) in collaboration with Microsoft.
With the theme: “From Ideas to Startups”, the contest aims to seek, discover, honor, and support individuals, organizations, and especially young people who create mobile applications with social significance, capable of reaching the community and developing into good business opportunities, thereby contributing to the growth of Vietnam's mobile market. At the same time, the contest is also an opportunity to connect those with ideas with businesses that need to use and commercialize mobile application products.
Participating in “Convergence 2014”, the representative unit of Tinh Van is Tinh Van Incubator, which selected three contest products: Poem Machine – the first “poem-making machine” application on mobile; Universal Calendar – a “lunar-solar calendar” application with reminders for death anniversaries and year-end ceremonies; Fruits War – an entertainment game combining two famous games, Candy Crush and Zombie.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc – Director of Tinh Van Incubator evaluated the products brought to the contest: “Poem Machine stands out for its unique and creative idea; it will be the first poem-making machine on mobile. For Universal Calendar, the plus point is its completeness and highly practical utilities. As for Fruits War, it offers new gameplay and attractive graphics. With my assessment, I believe that Tinh Van Incubator's contest products have a high chance of making it to the finals.”
