Tinhvan Outsourcing Appoints Deputy General Director of Japan Branch

On April 11, 2017, in the land of cherry blossoms, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – General Director of Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) and concurrently Director of TVO Japan – announced the official appointment of Mr. Teruhiko Tahara as Deputy Director of the TVO branch in Japan.

At the appointment ceremony, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group – delivered a welcome speech and thanked Mr. Tahara for accompanying Tinh Van in building TVO Japan from the early days. TVO Japan will be a purely Japanese company, fully responsible for project execution and quality control. Socially, Japan currently has a high proportion of elderly population, while Vietnam has a young workforce. Tinh Van will train a professional team to supply human resources to the large Japanese market through TVO Japan.

Before joining TVO Japan, Mr. Tahara had over 20 years of extensive experience, having held various positions such as sales, project development, and project management, along with deep knowledge of Japanese law derived from practical experience in corporate organization, recruitment, insurance, and taxation.

Joining TVO Japan, Mr. Tahara will set strategic plans to capture the market and be responsible for driving market development plans in Japan. Additionally, he will represent TVO Japan in direct dealings with partners, clients, and Japanese administrative agencies regarding the company's operations.

Attending the meeting after the appointment ceremony, besides company members, Tinh Van was honored to welcome Mr. Tatsuya Hamagami – Senior Administrator of Asahi Shimbun, a reputable news newspaper in Japan.
