Tinhvan Outsourcing Sponsors Japan ICT Day 2014

On the morning of October 30 at JW Marriott Hanoi, Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company – Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) represented Tinhvan Group at Japan ICT Day 2014 and served as a sponsor of the event.
Japan ICT Day 2014 was held within the framework of the “Vietnam – ASOCIO ICT Summit 2014” with nearly 100 delegates and 47 enterprises from Japan. In addition, many enterprises from other countries such as South Korea, Israel, Malaysia, Singapore also attended. Numerous high-information meetings and contacts took place during the main sessions, specialized seminars, as well as side business meetings.

Japan ICT Day 2014 took place as Japanese enterprises increasingly view Vietnam as an attractive destination for BPO, outsourcing, and offshore investment. With existing key Japanese partners, this was a real opportunity for Tinhvan Outsourcing in particular and Tinhvan Group in general to strengthen ties and expand relationships with Japanese enterprises.
Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh, CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing, shared at Japan ICT Day 2014 on the topic: “Working with Japan requires a long-term perspective”
Speaking at Japan ICT Day 2014, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam – Japan IT Cooperation Club (VJC) shared insights on opportunities to expand the Japanese market for enterprises: “Vietnam is facing a great opportunity to expand its market, increase scale and depth in IT cooperation with Japan. However, to seize this wave, Vietnamese enterprises need to recognize this as a long-term strategy and invest resources in Japanese language skills and the ability to meet the quality requirements of Japanese enterprises. For Tinhvan Outsourcing, that strategy involves proactively investing long-term in human resource development and internal training programs to build and develop a workforce capable of meeting technological needs and stringent customer requirements. This strategy is also reflected in Japanese language training, corporate culture cultivation, and fostering customer and employee loyalty.”
Also within the framework of the “Vietnam – ASOCIO ICT Summit 2014”, on October 29, Tinhvan Group was honored by VINASA with the certificate of “Top 30 Leading ICT Companies in Vietnam 2014”. With this achievement, Tinh Van will be one of 30 ICT companies trusted by VINASA to be introduced to 100 countries and territories worldwide through the publication “Vietnam’s leading 30 ICT Companies 2014” and various other cooperation promotion activities.
