On November 22, 2021, at Tinh Van Hanoi office, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2021 of Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company – Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) was held.
After a period of urgent and active work, the General Meeting of Shareholders voted:
- Approved several resolutions including: Plan for offering shares to existing shareholders, Change of company name, Amendment and supplement to the Company's Charter, etc.
- Approved the election of members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2026.
