Tinhvan Outsourcing deploys AEON Mobile App system

On September 12, 2018, at the headquarters of AEON Vietnam (AEON Mall Tan Phu Celadon), the kick-off ceremony for the AEON Consumer Mobile App project took place, built and deployed by Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Outsourcing).
AEON was founded in 1758 and is currently one of the largest retail trading conglomerates in the world with 179 joint ventures in and outside Japan. In Vietnam, when visiting AEON shopping malls and supermarkets, customers can easily find a wide variety of goods and products that meet safety and hygiene standards according to Japanese standards, and have more dining options with hundreds of dishes suitable for Vietnamese tastes.
The development of the Customer Loyalty Mobile App system is expected to increase customer engagement and encourage customers to shop at AEON Malls by allowing them to check loyalty points directly on the app, redeem points for vouchers, and use vouchers at the counter as well as directly on the app.
Other features such as Promotion, Event, and Mailer (shopping guide) sent to customers via the app instead of traditional paper printing will help save printing costs while increasing user engagement, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of AEON's marketing programs.
In the future, a broadcasting device will be installed at warehouses in the Malls and nearby bus stops. With this new application by Tinhvan Outsourcing, when users pass by these points, they will receive notifications from the app about promotions at that warehouse as well as the schedules of bus routes passing through. Additionally, the app has many other auxiliary features that make shopping at AEON Malls easier.
The Customer Loyalty system is the first collaboration between AEON Vietnam and Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company (TVO). Having been selected as one of AEON's trusted IT partners, TVO now has the opportunity to deploy larger projects and be involved in all customer-oriented activities of AEON, as well as the IT systems used for management and internal operations of the Group.
