MK Group signs investment and strategic cooperation agreement with Tinhvan Software

On the afternoon of February 15, 2023, at the headquarters of MK Group, the signing ceremony of the investment and strategic cooperation agreement between MK Group Joint Stock Company (MK Group) and Tinh Van Software Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Software) took place. Accordingly, MK Group will invest in Tinhvan Software as a strategic shareholder, Mr. Nguyen Trong Khang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of MK Group will become a member of the Board of Directors, and will cooperate comprehensively with Tinhvan Software in business activities.
