Tinhvan Solutions Upgrades the SSC's Information Portal

In October 2012, Tinh Van Software Solutions and System Integration Co., Ltd. (Tinhvan Solutions) signed a contract to "Upgrade the Information Portal" with the Information Technology Department of the State Securities Commission (SSC).
Under the contract, Tinhvan Solutions will implement a comprehensive upgrade of the SSC's Information Portal to ensure it is suitable and optimally serves management, operation, exploitation, backup, and data recovery.
To achieve the best upgrade results, Tinhvan Solutions proposed that the SSC use Oracle WebCenter Portal technology, which allows deploying Intranet and Internet portals, integrating existing applications, and supporting additional features such as social networks, collaboration services, and a user-friendly content management system.
In addition, this solution fully meets the requirements for technology, core portal software functions, portal system functions, public services, data migration, interface, system integration, security, and other requirements set by the SSC.
After the upgrade, the SSC's Information Portal will integrate many convenient public services for securities investors, meeting the communication needs between the SSC and citizens and businesses, ensuring smooth reception of electronic reports from Stock Exchanges, Securities Depository Centers, public companies, securities companies, funds, and investment fund management companies. 100% of policy documents in the securities sector will be posted on the portal.
